I hope you are all healthy and well and if not- that you are working to be that way…. I am mostly a vegetarian who eats seafood. (yes I DO cheat— about 3 to 4 times a year with a friend or relatives favorite recipe for ribs or something that smells sooooo good etc…. I’m not a purist about it LOL) I love fresh fruit and cheese, and we buy at the local farmers markets. Our family does not eat too many processed foods either and over the past few years have become very conscious of watching our carbohydrates.
I do think you have to keep on top of your health. We have toxic air, water (and people too right?)… and we have to figure out what to do to stay healthy in body mind and soul. I think being really focused on something you love helps a great deal; and as you all know by now… writing music does it for me. I wouldn’t even be able to imagine our world if it didn’t have music… It would be like living the world in black and white…
