About Privacy + (safe surfing vibes)

This site is for the promotion of Gregory Abbott and his personal approach to life i.e. positivity, health, spirituality, tolerance and compassion for one another.

No negative vibes please.

Namaste: I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light and of peace. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me… we are one.

You may have seen the news of a new EU data protection regulation called GDPR that applies from May 25th. GDPR is a new set of rules that aims to protect YOUR privacy and make it easier for you to understand how your personal data is handled by the businesses you interact with. We support this new regulation and therefore have added the following privacy Policy and Terms of Services to our web site. Thanks all.

Who we are

Our website address is:

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave comments on our site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string only to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites (like Youtube) behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

No one.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Our one website administrator can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

You have all rights over your data. If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data you have provided (which is basically only your name and email address). You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

We do not send your data anywhere but visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information

If you would like to ask a question about privacy, just send us an email.

Additional information

How we protect your data and what data breach procedures do we have in place

We have data protections in place for keeping your visit here safe. There are plug ins that we have installed to make sure only real people comment and interact, and that do not allow bots or other outside spammers to get to your information. We also have a security application in place that lets us know every twenty four hours if something on our site is amiss.

If you have read this far, thank you for taking the time. It is a crazy world and we will happily do our part to keep your experience here safe and enjoyable.
